Privacy Policy
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your browser on later visits. We use them in three ways:
- Necessary: to run this website and remember your privacy choice. These do not require consent.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are visited and how people use the site, for example clicks on our call, WhatsApp, and directions buttons, and enquiry form starts and submissions.
- Advertising: Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, to measure which of our advertisements lead to enquiries and to show relevant advertising.
Your consent and choices
In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you select OK in the privacy banner. If you select Reject, or make no choice, they are not set. Google’s tags may still send limited, cookieless signals that do not identify you, which Google uses to estimate overall advertising results.
When you make or change this choice, we store the current choice in your browser and save a pseudonymous consent event in our private Cloudflare D1 database. The event contains a random consent ID, the granted or denied categories, notice version, timestamp, page path, and whether the choice came from the initial banner or Privacy choices. The consent-event record does not contain your name, contact details, or IP address. If you later submit a form or privacy request from the same browser, the random consent ID may be attached so we can show the relevant consent history.
You can see your current recorded choice and change or withdraw it at any time from Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Information you submit in our forms
When you submit an enquiry form, we store the details you enter (such as your name and phone number) with the page you came from and campaign information (for example, the advertisement that brought you to our site), so that our team can contact you and understand which of our activities bring enquiries. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Google Analytics. If you have accepted analytics and advertising cookies, we inform Meta that an enquiry took place, including your phone number and email address in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, so Meta can match the enquiry to its users and we can measure our advertising. Meta does not receive these details if you select Reject.
Career applications
When you apply for a role, we store the details you provide and your résumé so our HR team can assess your application and contact you. Application details are stored in our private Cloudflare D1 database, résumés are kept in private Cloudflare R2 storage, and operational emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Service. Career applications and résumés are automatically deleted after 180 days unless an earlier deletion is required. Career applications are not used for advertising conversions.
Your personal data rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold, correction or updating, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or grievance redressal through our Privacy and Personal Data Request form. We issue a reference number, verify identity before disclosing or changing records, review relevant systems and operational destinations, and track a response deadline of no more than 90 days. You can also call 98611-98611 for help. Do not send identity documents through the public form or ordinary email.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating this website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when necessary to comply with law, enforce site policies, or protect rights, property, or safety. With your consent, the analytics and advertising providers named above receive information about how you use this website, as described in the cookie section.
